Our Pastor

Rev. Dr. Cephas Martin has been the pastor of Greater Webster since November 2012. He loves to teach God's Word and utilize technology to spread the Gospel.

He has over 20 years’ experience managing and leading sales and customer service teams ranging in size from 12 to 700 in the corporate sphere.

He has been in ministry since 1990 and has served AME churches in Washington, Alabama, Virginia and Texas.

He is an alumnus of Faith Evangelical College and Seminary in Tacoma Washington where he earned a Bachelor's in Theology, Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry (Strategic Leadership specialization). His doctoral dissertation was entitled, "Transforming the African Methodist Episcopal Church through strategic church planting." In addition, he attended Liberty University where he earned a Master of Business Administration (Cum Laude).

Dr. Martin is married to the former Jeanine Lee Banks and has three children.
